1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phfun2 ("phfun2", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at phfun2.cam and its related subdomains (the "Platform"). By registering an account on phfun2, accessing the Platform, or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phfun2 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the phfun2 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phfun2.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on phfun2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine gaming regulations;
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful for individuals;
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of phfun2 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person, in connection with any gaming activity on the Platform;
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the phfun2 Platform or any online gaming service operated by an affiliated entity;
• You must not have a pre-existing problem gambling diagnosis that would render gaming activity contrary to your financial or personal wellbeing;
• You must be able to enter into legally binding agreements under the laws of the Philippines.

phfun2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your phfun2 account.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the phfun2 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts and the permanent suspension of access.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and Philippine mobile number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phfun2 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to the processing of any withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued Philippine ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document displaying your name and current residential address, dated within the past three (3) months;
• Source of Funds: phfun2 may request documentation confirming the lawful source of funds deposited into your account where required by anti-money laundering obligations.

phfun2 will process KYC documentation within a reasonable period following submission. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. Once KYC is approved, no further documentation is required for routine withdrawals unless your account information changes or enhanced due diligence is required.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phfun2 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phfun2 will never contact you via email, SMS, or social media requesting your password or OTP. Any activity conducted through your phfun2 account — authorized by you or otherwise — is your sole responsibility. You must notify phfun2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

phfun2 accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). All gaming balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts on the Platform are expressed in PHP. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phfun2 does not charge fees on deposits; however, individual payment service providers may impose their own transaction charges which are outside phfun2's control.

Accepted payment methods include: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO internet banking, Metrobank Direct, UnionBank online, 7-Eleven (CliQQ), Coins.ph, USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency), Visa, and Mastercard. phfun2 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phfun2 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of originating from a third party or from a payment source not registered in your name, and to return such funds via the original payment channel.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. phfun2 may request additional documentation to verify the source of any deposited funds where the platform's compliance obligations so require. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the restriction of your account pending review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name, at phfun2's discretion.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes, subject to network congestion. Processing times are estimates only and may vary.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests may be delayed, suspended, or reversed where phfun2 suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, a breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required to comply with regulatory obligations. phfun2 will communicate any such delay to the affected player via their registered email address or mobile number.

Where a withdrawal is requested in respect of funds deposited via a payment method that was subsequently determined to be fraudulent, stolen, or subject to a chargeback, phfun2 reserves the right to withhold the relevant funds pending investigation and to report the matter to applicable law enforcement authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phfun2 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is presented. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phfun2 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus in its sole discretion;
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be forfeited;
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified per offer;
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ₱500 per round unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

phfun2 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting software errors or game malfunctions; colluding with other players; using arbitrage betting strategies to lock in guaranteed profit from promotional offers; and any other conduct that phfun2 determines in its reasonable judgment to constitute abuse of its promotional structure.

Where bonus abuse is detected, phfun2 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), and recover any amounts determined to have been improperly obtained.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phfun2 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios. Each game operates under its own individual rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed in the interface and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-world physical events monitored by independent auditors. phfun2 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during a game session, the round in question may be voided and the bet returned to the player's account. phfun2 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical fault, server interruption, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue beyond phfun2's reasonable control.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game title, player account tier, and applicable promotional period. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable bet limits before placing wagers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the phfun2 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one (1) account on phfun2;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with phfun2's software, game systems, or platform infrastructure;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion or coordinated play with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment service providers in relation to phfun2 transactions;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any conduct that phfun2 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

phfun2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its players. We acknowledge that for some individuals gambling may become problematic, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phfun2 players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon activation;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period;

10. Account Suspension & Closure

phfun2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Disputed or reversed transactions initiated by the player with a payment service provider;
• Detected or suspected bonus abuse;
• Use of prohibited software tools or automation;
• Regulatory direction or law enforcement request;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses or forfeitable amounts) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as notified to the player. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.

11. Limitation of Liability

The phfun2 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfun2 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

phfun2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any interruption of service caused by factors beyond phfun2's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, mobile network outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events).

phfun2's total aggregate liability to any player for any direct loss arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the phfun2 Platform, including but not limited to the phfun2 name, logo, branding, website design, user interface, software architecture, game integrations, and all content and materials displayed on the Platform, are owned by or licensed to phfun2. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use of Platform content — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited without phfun2's prior written consent.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

phfun2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phfun2 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

phfun2 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and promotional communications (where you have opted in). Your data will not be sold to third parties. phfun2 may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and certified third-party service providers strictly as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phfun2 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, phfun2 will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notification on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a regulatory obligation, court order, or other legal requirement.

Your continued use of the phfun2 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phfun2, you agree to first attempt resolution through phfun2's internal customer support process by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 16. phfun2 will endeavour to resolve any dispute within a reasonable period following receipt of a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phfun2's internal process, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate regulatory body (PAGCOR) or through the courts of the Philippines, to the exclusive jurisdiction of which both parties hereby irrevocably submit.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
